Want Slightly Larger Fonts?
Want slightly larger fonts in the forums? I did. Now I have ’em. You can have ’em too.
Short story: I wrote a GreaseMonkey script that makes the fonts here slightly larger. Well, technically it can make them smaller if you have a very old monitor, but that’s not the point and I said this was the short story.
This script uses the GreaseMonkey add-on for FireFox, which implies that you also need FireFox, and then just install the Guild Cafe Font Fluffer script. Javascript or CSS hackers may wish to tweak other aspects of the site, but I don’t. I just got tired of squinting, and the global “increase font size” makes the cool header look, um, not cool. :(
